12 Most Profitable YouTube Niches

Are you thinking about starting a YouTube channel? You need to pick a niche to start from. Not all niches are equal so it’s important that you pick the niche best suited to you and your circumstances.

What is a niche?

A niche is a general topic that your videos are going to be on. For example, my niche is making money so I make videos teaching people various ways to make money on the internet.

Ads
A niche will also determine how easily you can make money. For example, the technology niche is one of the more profitable YouTube niches. YouTubers in the technology niche get paid more money per 1000 views than other YouTubers in the art niche where they get paid less per 1000 views. There are more companies who want to put their ads in a technology niche video than an art niche video so that drives up the income one could make with a technology niche channel.

Affiliate income
You can also make affiliate income easier with certain niches than others. Companies pay more per sale when you’re in one of the more lucrative niches.
